Sunday saw us heading to Lyme Park and Hall a few miles southeast of Stockport. It was very last minute decision and in hindsight the place deserved a bit longer. We didn't have time to go around everything but saw enough for us to want to go back and explore a bit more particularly the parkland.

The female members of the Pie tribe were particularly interested in trying to find any locations used for the filming of "Pride and Prejudice". Stairs and ponds seemed to popular places?
