This weekend saw our first potatoes of the year being dug and of course eaten! Our red skinned Duke of York First earlies are excellent and we look forward to many more.As ever the ongoing battle with weeds and Pigeons continues. Our radish crop has been excellent and various lettuce. Everything else on plot109 is thriving even the Broccoli has recovered from the Pigeons.
PS. Does anyone have access to a large horse or several horses. Some manure needed!
